WINEMAKING After being gently pressed, fermentation takes pIace in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 64 °F. Bottle agine lasts for 3 months.
FEATURES Full straw tending to gold. The flavour is delicate, though mature and intense with notes of apple and ripe banana.
SERVING AND PAIRING Perfect with appetizers, pasta or rice, salads, fish and seafood. To be served at the temperature of 50 °F.
